NextNest began with a personal experience.

Siblings Tyson and Sally helped their parents move from their longtime home in western Kansas to the Kansas City area—seeking better access to care, a stronger community, and more time with family.

Like many families, they quickly realized how overwhelming a later-in-life move can be. Sorting through decades of belongings and managing the logistics felt stressful and complex—and there were few services designed specifically to help.

Drawing on their backgrounds in people-focused service and project management, they created a thoughtful, step-by-step approach to make the process more organized, manageable, and supportive.

What started as helping their own family soon became something more.

Today, NextNest helps seniors and their families navigate life transitions with clarity, dignity, and compassion—approaching every move with the same care they gave their own parents.
